This website is operated by Tatsuniya Systems Limited (RC 9750197), a company incorporated in the Federal Republic of Nigeria with its registered office at 411 Road C Close, Gowon Estate, Egbeda, Lagos State, Nigeria. By accessing or using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. Changes

We may amend these terms at any time by updating this page. The revision date above reflects the current version, and your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the amended terms. We may also change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site without notice.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, artwork, character designs, logos, the Tatsuniya name and marks, the BattleVerse name and marks, layout, and source code — is owned by or licensed to Tatsuniya Systems Limited and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.

You may:

  • view, download and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial reference; and
  • quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link back to the source page.

You may not, without our prior written permission:

  • reproduce, republish or redistribute any substantial part of the site;
  • use our artwork, characters, names or marks in any commercial context, or in a way suggesting endorsement or affiliation;
  • use any content to train, fine-tune or evaluate a machine learning model; or
  • systematically scrape, mirror or extract the site or its assets.

4. Press and media assets

Journalists, creators and broadcasters may use artwork and information from this site to report on or review Tatsuniya Systems and its products, provided the material is not altered in a misleading way and is credited to Tatsuniya Systems Limited. 5. Pre-release material

Information published about products in development — including BattleVerse RPG — describes work in progress. Features, artwork, characters, naming, platforms and timing may change or be dropped entirely, and nothing on this site is a commitment to release any product or feature, or an offer to sell.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system;
  • interfere with the site's operation, including by introducing malicious code or placing unreasonable load on it; or
  • submit content through our forms that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes another person's rights.

7. Submissions and unsolicited ideas

Please do not send us unsolicited creative ideas, game concepts, artwork or other proposals. Where you do so anyway, you agree that we are under no obligation of confidentiality, and that we are free to develop work that may resemble your submission without owing you any compensation or acknowledgement. This does not affect any rights you have in your own separately created material.

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. While we take care to keep information accurate and current, we make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted or error free, or that the content is complete or up to date. Nothing on this site constitutes professional, legal, financial or technical advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, Tatsuniya Systems Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, business or goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use this site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The courts of Lagos State have exclusive jurisdiction, save that we may bring proceedings to protect our intellectual property in any competent jurisdiction.
